Five types of processing AIDS related introduction

The basic function of PVC processing AIDS is to improve the processing performance of PVC and promote the plasticization of PVC mixture, so as to obtain good plasticized materials at the lowest possible temperature and improve the quality of products. We have developed the following five types of processing AIDS according to the needs of different products.

1, universal: promote the plasticization of materials.

2, lubrication: in addition to promoting the plasticization of materials, combined with the role of metal stripping, to prevent the melt and metal surface adhesion, prolong the start cycle.

3, bright type: in addition to promote the plasticization of materials, can significantly improve the surface brightness of products, suitable for products with high surface finish.

4, super plasticizing type: the ability to promote the plasticization of materials is higher than other types, suitable for difficult to plasticize the material formula, such as calcium carbonate component high, large amount of lubricant or add carbon black, fiber and other modifier formula.

5, super melt strength type: in addition to promoting the plasticization of materials, can also greatly increase the melt strength of materials, improve the stability of production, extend the production cycle, improve the mechanical properties of products, especially suitable for products with high calcium carbonate content (greater than wt30%).
